Online Marketing Platform Security

SAS70, five nines of uptime, and constant monitoring are part of our email marketing security.

Our Internet Operations Center Partners operate carrier class hosting facilities with on-site redundant power systems including backup power generators, redundant HVAC systems, high-availability bandwidth, raised floors and an automated FM-200 fire suppression system. And they are all SAS70, Type II compliant.

Physical security is controlled by biometric access devices. The facilities are monitored 24/7/365 by staff and digital video cameras. All hardware is housed in secure cabinets. We care about email marketing security.

These are Carrier Neutral Facilities (CNF), designed to work with any bandwidth provider, including implementing bandwidth from our partner’s own highly redundant, high performance and immediately available circuits. Bandwidth is provided by diversified Tier-1 carriers and managed through redundant routers utilizing BGP4 for automated fail-over.

Email Marketing Security Building Blocks

  • Security

Secured in locked enclosures, all equipment access occurs escorted and recorded by digital video. Biometric scanners limit access to authorized personnel. Activity in and around entry and exit pathways is logged across redundant systems.

  • Network Infastructure

Redundant, high capacity internet connections provide available and reliable services and systems. Single points of failure have been eliminated from the datacenter's infrastructure.

  • Environment

Environmental control is achieved with redundant, dedicated Liebert Air-Handling Units which regulate temperature, humidity and airflow, keeping the environments at an optimum level for the computer systems.

  • Emergency Precautions

Diesel generators persist during power outages. Inside secured enclosures, these generators supply back-up power to the IOCs for days before refueling. In case of a fire, automated FM-200 fire-suppression systems prevent excessive damage to IOC equipment.

  • Monitoring

Facility infrastructure components and services - including humidity, temperature and power - are monitored 24x7. Routing, switching and bandwidth infrastructure are monitored 24x7 bycertified network engineers available who respond to problems day or night.
