Job Description:

The primary purpose is to develop, manage, execute and analyze interactive marketing programs including email marketing, web site development and social media with a focus on driving customer response, online traffic and lead generation while providing excellent customer service.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide and implement strategic recommendations for interactive marketing programs including email marketing, social media and web site development
  • Develop detailed project estimates and maintain projects in accordance with estimates
  • Develop and communicate project expectations in a timely and clear fashion
  • Provide technical client support
  • Collaborate with team members to strategically increase customer presence through all online channels.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study
  • 3 + years experience with eCRM and marketing platforms 
  • Managing email marketing and/or online marketing campaigns within either a marketing agency or internal marketing group
  • Proficiency in interactive marketing best practices, data analysis, and site usability
  • Commitment to quality and customer service
  • Ability to develop and manage to performance metrics
  • Ability to use interactive marketing tools in a systematic way
  • Organized, reliable, strategic thinker
